Sometimes what we need is a space of our own. One to one sessions offer a confidential, unhurried place to be heard, to make sense of what you are carrying, and to begin to feel safe in yourself again.
Sessions are trauma informed and led by you, combining gentle somatic work with traditional talking therapy. We begin by building safety, boundaries, and trust, and move at a pace that feels right for you.

Hazel also offers one-off support sessions for Worth & Wonder Collective members at a discounted rate. These are different from ongoing therapy sessions, and are available to members who feel they need a confidential space to process something more deeply than in the group setting.

REWIND Trauma Therapy
Closure without disclosure
Hazel is a certified REWIND Trauma Therapist. REWIND is a gentle, evidence informed approach that can ease the symptoms of trauma and PTSD without needing you to retell or relive the details of what happened.
REWIND is a therapeutic intervention rather than ongoing therapy, and it often requires only a single session, or very few. Sessions are charged at £180.
What to expect
A calm, contained session that works with your imagination and nervous system, rather than asking you to describe painful memories aloud.
A note on boundaries for Collective members
To keep clear and caring boundaries in place, it is not possible to be part of the Collective community and to have one to one therapy at the same time.
If you would like to begin one to one work, you are very welcome to pause your membership and step away from the community, then return once your one to one therapy has finished. Previous one to one clients are always warmly welcome to join the Collective.
