Worth and Wonder Collective
A therapeutic space focused on all things women’s wellness based on the core values of community, compassion, and connection.

Working closely with women over the last decade, Hazel noticed a theme of loneliness and isolation. Too often, women are called to put others first, neglecting their own needs for compassion, connection and community. This can have a massive impact on self-worth, self-esteem, sense of identity, sense of fulfilment and confidence.
From these shared experiences, Worth and Wonder Collective was born. Hazel wanted to create a safe and therapeutic space, free from pressure, expectation and competition, where women can connect, explore, express, and simply exist as they are.
Within Worth and Wonder, we honour the mind body connection by combining both “bottom-up” somatic approaches, which work with the body and nervous system, and “top-down” traditional talking therapy approaches to offer an integrative whole-person holistic approach to wellbeing.
