Founder and Counsellor
Meet Hazel
An accredited, trauma informed counselling psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience, and the heart behind Worth and Wonder Collective.

After a positive experience in therapy as a teen, Hazel began training in counselling psychotherapy in order to be able to offer support to others. Hazel has experience working with young people, teens, and adults from all walks of life.
Hazel supports people with a range of experiences such as anger, relationship and identity issues, anxiety, adverse childhood experiences, trauma, and grief and loss.
When Hazel isn’t facilitating therapeutic space, you will find her lifting weights at the gym, camping, eating out at new restaurants, climbing hills, dancing to music, chasing sunsets, reading, and enjoying films at the cinema. She enjoys socialising, spending time with her two children, and equally needs moments of solitude to recharge.
When your body learns safety, you start meeting the person you were always meant to be.
